Acqua Ristorante’s resident pianist Arnie Abrams performs at this premier central New Jersey Italian restaurant every Friday evening from 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm. Arnie’s piano playing adds that intimate touch to the classic and innovative Italian cusine that Acqua is known for. Acqua Ristorante is located at 777 US Highway Route 202 in Raritan, NJ. He performs songs of the 30’s, 40's, 50's, 60's, 70's, 80’s, 90’s, and current selections, including those of Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Andy Williams, Perry Como, Dean Martin, Barbra Streisand, Nat King Cole, George Gershwin, Cole Porter, Duke Ellington, Irving Berlin, Jerome Kern, Big Band tunes, as well as more contemporary artists like Michael Feinstein, Harry Connick, Jr., Billy Joel (he played in a Billy Joel cover band), Elton John, Linda Ronstadt, Daniel Powter, Josh Groban, Anna Nalick, and much, much more. He also performs many Broadway show tunes, including those of Phantom, Cabaret, and many of the classic show tunes of the 40's, 50's & 60's, like those from the My Fair Lady, Camelot, Fiddler on the Roof, Paint Your Wagon, West Side Story, Oklahoma, South Pacific, The King & I, and The Sound of Music era.
